Chairman of the Board of Directors

Colleen has been involved in education her whole life. She began her Early Childhood career in 1989 as Head Teacher of Bethlehem College Kindergarten. Colleen later established two Early Childhood Centres, based on the belief that Centres need to be driven by sound practice, supported by well researched theory. After selling these Centres, Colleen worked at Bethlehem Tertiary Institute as a contract lecturer in Early Childhood Education. However, in this role she missed working with children and their families and has recently opened another Centre. Colleen has a long association with Bethlehem College, with three of her children being foundation pupils.
